🎃 Pumpkin Mousse Pie 北海道南瓜批 HKD 380 🍰 —————Throwback to the birthday cake I had this time last year! A very festive cake with pumpkin mousse and pumpkin puree in a pie. The pumpkin flavour was barely noticeable though, so for non-pumpkin fans, this cake will work for you too. Each mouthful of cake and cream was deliciously smooth and sweet, topped with a lovely buttery pie crust, a very nice sweet treat.🥰But guess it can’t really be called a pumpkin pie.😂 蛋糕有唔少不同元素，有用日本北海道南瓜製成的幼滑南瓜慕斯及面層南瓜蓉，配以內層朱

蛋糕有唔少不同元素，有用日本北海道南瓜製成的幼滑南瓜慕斯及面層南瓜蓉，配以內層朱古力蛋糕，不過實在吃不出南瓜味。不過蛋糕質感軟熟，加上慕斯和奶油，口感非常濕潤軟滑，還有批底的牛油香，還是不錯的飯後甜品🤤，只是名字不該叫南瓜批。🤣
