To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每一次去萬豪酒店食呢個自助餐 都唔會失望， 食物保持水準， 供應又充足又快。 好欣賞 佢嘅海鮮， 加菲蟹 麵包蟹 蟹鉗 同埋配海鮮嘅醬料 又齊全又多， 花膠同龍躉球 仲有蒜蓉蒸開邊大蝦， 非常滿足， 最失色嘅就係沙律菜， 而且感覺望落去唔新鮮， 有啲奇怪 點解其他嘢咁好沙律菜會咁差呢， 唔係一次半次因為我已經唔去食過五次呢個自助餐， 沙律菜 次次都冇改善， 相比較 喺太古廣場嘅香格里拉cafe too 個沙律菜就非常好食， 新鮮又多款式， 希望下次去到佢啲沙律菜有改善啦!
