經外賣平台落單外賣自取,遲遲都唔接單,查銀行帳戶又見到嗰筆扣數。去問佢哋究竟接唔接單,個店員check完先話佢哋部機可能冇電所以冇接單。之後我響個apps見到我張單被拒絕。個店員想我落多次order但係個menu已經轉咗,佢又話唔識用個外賣apps唔知點樣可以做返之前嗰單交易。如果佢哋唔想有咁多途徑畀啲客落單,又或者唔夠人手去check嘅話,咁佢哋不如cut緊一啲途徑啦. 飯又食唔到,又要我打去平台處理返單交易。不過嗰個店員都算helpful,畀咗張單我去做supporting。但經過今次經驗我諗我唔會再幫襯佢。
