To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

其實壽司就經常都食，太多地方有得食，依家好少去元氣食啦，不過最近同朋友行街，經過見到元氣壽司，咁耐無食~不如試下啦。等左10分鐘度就有位啦，入到去坐低周圍望下好似同之前裝修格局差不多，跟住緊係整杯綠茶飲下先啦，之後就睇下有咩食，搵極都唔見張menu，再望下回轉帶無壽司係度既，仲要去左3層帶，見到有部pad係度，原來係用部pad黎落order大鄉里出城跟住一口氣叫左幾款壽司，開心大發現，原個三條回轉帶係要黎送order出黎，好好玩呀之後我再落單就逐碟叫，睇住佢出黎個下好正呀野食味道都係差不多無咩特別，最緊要玩下條回轉帶姐
