Food quality & customer service are good except the idiot place order APP - least efficient, not user friendly compare to others. Pls check Beans restaurant APP. If you are rushing for a meal in peak hour, absolutely it’s a show stopper. Can APP place human? Absolutely it’s a good show case here. If you want to gain customer experience, Either enhance your APP or get rid of it.
