To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日係2021年5月8號我17：50左右入去呢間餐廳，諗住時間啱啱好，可以食個下午茶。 一入餐廳幫我下單嘅係一位束低馬尾長髮嘅女士。 我示意要下單， 「講！」, 我下單要咗個下午茶，配熱檸茶。 半分鐘後佢緩慢步入 cashier, 準備幫我下單。 「飲咩！」，佢一邊呼喝，一邊望住我。 我耐心地答多咗一次熱檸茶。 其實唔記得咗我 order d咩可以好聲好氣問多我一次。 本身都諗住算啦，可能真係善忘。 跟住佢將夾住單嘅黑色薄仔 半拋半dump 去我檯面，果下真係當堂著咗。 我未食你地d嘢就已經決定唔會再黎食！
