To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

落機食返餐

喺飛機上面瞓著咗，所以miss 咗份飛機餐，到落機就感到非常肚餓，等攞行李嗰陣個肚打晒鼓。於是一出到嚟，就去了入境大堂最就腳的Delifrance 食個意粉，嘆杯咖啡。呢一個set 賣 $85，機場價係咁上下，最緊要係唔使等好耐就有得食。買完飛，職員會俾個警示器，食物準備好，就會響，可以搵個位坐住等嘢食。扁意粉煮得好香，因為裡面有好多香料和蘑菇。另外，就係煎得金黃的帶子，可惜全碟意粉只有兩粒，唔多夠喉。其實個人都仲未瞓得夠，所以有杯即磨的香濃咖啡飲下，當堂醒晒。
