To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本應係甘鯛,但因來貨質素不穏,故以銀雪魚代替。銀雪魚油脂多且啖啖肉,燒過後油香四溢,柚子則可中和油膩,好味😋

西冷肉味濃,油脂相對較少,外層脆漿薄身又酥脆,配埋好似餅乾咁脆嘅吐司,唔會覺得好膩之餘,仲脆上加脆😋另胡麻醬沙津則令整體感覺變得清新😌

一揭開碗蓋即時香氣四溢,未食都知一定好食😍雞腿肉結實彈牙,蘑菇及飯均帶濃濃醬油香,味甜且入味,十分滿足😌
