次次去長洲,就算天熱,都會嚟根記食碗粥。今次叫咗泥鯭粥,好好味。粥底用白果腐竹煲,正。啲泥鯭處理得好好,小心剪開魚肚,而家冇幾多家肯落心機,意外驚喜啲係竟然留有魚肝,好好味架!!!當然唔好錯過啲滑滑腸粉,叫咗牛肉腸,竟然有淡淡陳皮味,好好食呀!
