To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 櫃檯落order的小姐超沒禮貌、目無表情兼粗聲粗氣,已經頂住。到了拿食物排大隊算了,取餐位置滿地汽水,阿嬸用地拖拖了幾下,拖不乾淨就讓客人自己每人取餐時踩幾步把它輪流踩乾。拿到食物,已經好慶。埋位吃我的譽香雞叉燒飯。點知雞肉像紙板、叉燒像木頭。勉強吃了幾啖準備走了,想先清一清牙縫食剩的木塊紙碎,誰知兩個人點了兩個飯只比得一支牙籤。出去個個小柜桶,又找不到平時應該有的牙籤。香港的大衆消費者真的那麽好蝦、那麽沒有選擇嗎?
