To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

與同事經過,見到午市拉麵套餐都幾抵,$100已包括拉麵、小食及汽水。店子不是很大,約有十多個座位,但見到牆上有著名美食家「蔡瀾」曾到訪及提字🤩。我叫咗 叉燒拉麵、串燒雞軟骨、可樂;朋友就叫咗 豚軟骨拉麵+$5,日式炒飯,可樂🥤。小食先上,日式炒飯 裏邊有蛋、叉燒粒,使用日本米,米飯粒粒分明,炒得好美味;雞軟骨串係鹽燒,唔係一般嘅沾脆漿去炸,感覺真材實料,食落非常香口😋。叉燒拉麵 同 豚軟骨拉麵 🍜 嘅湯底係一樣嘅,味道好濃郁。兩款拉麵都有昆布;叉燒拉麵嘅叉燒 有啲咬頭, 豚軟骨 就比較軟熟,兩個都有豬肉味。
