To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

L'Eau Restaurant 濠餐廳 沙田大涌橋路34-36號麗豪酒店3樓 而家食過自助餐，平極都係$700 以上，估唔到朋友介紹有一間人細嘅自助餐，佢哋嘅性價比好高，價格都好優惠海鮮食自助餐首先當然就要食海鮮啦，令我最喜出望外嘅當然就係佢哋嘅長腳蟹，因為啖啖肉都好新鮮，另外仲有其他唔同嘅海鮮包括凍蝦，螺肉，凍蟹食完海鮮當然就要試吓佢哋唔同嘅熟食，首先先推介嘅係佢哋嘅黑沙環小炒王，另外估唔到竟然有澳門避風塘炒龍蝦鉗。食到一半竟然會有職員提示理由隱藏版嘅咖喱焗龍蝦，大大隻開邊龍蝦，加上咖喱焗起上嚟真係好好味好入味。食埋葡式乳豬就好滿足啦食完主菜當然就要食吓甜品啦，自助餐嘅甜品選擇都幾多，而且件件都係細細件啱晒食飽，又唔想有太大負擔嘅朋友。更加猶大牌子嘅雪糕陽光選擇，推介佢哋嘅芒果熱情果， 酸酸地又好味最後覺得成個自助餐都好抵食，依個價錢竟然仲可以食到海鮮，主菜同甜品，係點度搵咩？#香港美食 #沙田美食 #RegalRiversideHotel #沙田酒店 #沙田好去處 #酒店Staycation #Shatin #ShatinHotel #buffet #buffethk #香港麗豪

食自助餐首先當然就要食海鮮啦，令我最喜出望外嘅當然就係佢哋嘅長腳蟹，因為啖啖肉都好新鮮，另外仲有其他唔同嘅海鮮包括凍蝦，螺肉，凍蟹
