To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 2019年3月3日星期日,諗住會多人,所以早早就到左。點知冇乜人。等左三分中就有位。由於我係一個食肉獸,同埋我係偏愛片皮鴨(佢呢間稱為蔥捲填鴨)。所以耐唔耐都有食,我覺得家傳滬曉都幾出色!又黎四寶茶,因為得佢有。所以黎得一定叫。餐具雞絲粉皮呢間個雞絲粉皮好食由於佢出左新野,就試左個新野。黃金軟殼蟹~有啲咸。但幾香口。開頭以為佢冇腳得個身。之後發現原來係整得衰蟹身,都幾多膏。蟹腳佢啲粉都幾多由於佢新野,都幾多人叫。但我見碟碟都係咁。所以唔太推薦佢有個山楂糕咁既野。都幾得意。但我個人就喜歡唔加。個鴨350蚊都幾抵~有兩大碟。我地三個人叫三樣野都食唔曬。呢個樣真係要讚!夠熱!佢上曬兩碟肉先出個皮。成品由於我偏愛片皮鴨,所以唔中肯!但如果佢可以多啲皮。少啲肉就好。題外話,雖然佢話350一隻。但佢係起完皮後仲有好多肉會拎番入廚房。所以大家唔好以為一隻得咁少肉。仲有,記得睇單!我今日食完睇單,發現佢計多左個飯落我張單度好彩我有睇,如果唔係就無啦啦比多左錢
