平日行開葵芳,淨係識得行葵廣,以為已經好多好野食😇如果唔係有黃色經濟圈,我諗我點都唔會行出葵廣,發現呢間小店。
呢間小店,地方淺窄,只係可以放到三枱,只有老闆一個人,由前枱到廚房打雜,全部都係老細一個人做晒。翻工都係呢種one man band嘅 role, 睇見佢嘅情況都真係幾有共鳴,好想去拍拍佢同佢打打氣咁。果日係平日,都有唔少人黎食,加上地方細,都等左一陣。等嘅時候,同老細有eye contact左一下,老細即刻出黎同我地都打聲招呼,講左幾次唔好意思咁😣終於入到去,見到餐牌,都有唔少選擇,我地叫左一個印式雞排摻摻、炸蝦餅摻摻。叻沙底香濃,摻摻都好爽滑,加上佢嘅洋蔥同芽菜,令每啖都更加有層次!知道老細本嘅糖心蛋係用日本蛋做的,好想每人加$8多隻蛋,可惜果日去到無晒蛋了😣 唯有下次再黎食啦!
