To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 小黑糖🧋💛……….久違嘅葵廣掃街，一定要飲肥仔水！小黑糖係位葵廣二樓嘅良心黃店，開咗咁耐水準都仲keep到，仲愈開愈多分店，分別係葵芳，尖沙咀，中環，屯門和灣仔等都有小黑糖嘅縱跡。小黑糖有多款飲料選擇，有小黑糖系列，歐蕾系列，冬瓜系列，特色調茶，經典醇茶和濃香奶茶。平時飲嘅都係小黑糖系列，今次飲嘅兩款都係歐蕾系列。歐蕾係指含有鮮奶成份嘅飲料，冰度固定的。個人認為呢間飲料少糖都係偏甜，最好選擇半糖/微糖會更好😛……….🌰小黑糖栗子鮮奶 $32• 呢杯選擇咗少糖(70%)，冰度固定，黑糖味真係好濃好甜，愈飲愈覺邪惡！唔鐘意太甜嘅就建議選擇半糖(50%)或微糖(30%)。鮮奶味夠唔會似奶水，栗子味香，味道唔假/死甜，加埋有少量栗子碎，飲落有少少嘅口感。栗子同黑糖嘅組合本身係幾夾😎💜芋見了你 $30•同樣選擇了少糖(70%)，相比小黑糖栗子鮮奶，呢杯少糖嘅甜度少啲啲，較易入口，甜度選擇半糖(50%)更佳。鮮奶入口順滑，飲落只有淡淡嘅芋頭味，有少許芋泥，如果更多芋泥會令口感同味道更香濃🤪……….💰人均 $31/per person (2人)
