To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

葵涌這上海店，午飯時間好多人食，舖仔細細，座位比較迫，叫咗龍川小龍包4隻$33，小龍包皮薄多汁，味道係不錯，但肉嘅比例比較少，另外叫咗韮菜水餃麵$50，同樣肉嘅份量比較少，但皮仲要好厚，湯底有四款可選，包括豬骨清湯、花生湯底、麻辣湯底及酸辣湯底，我叫咗花生湯底，可以選唔辣或其他辣度，內有花生、肉碎、蒜蓉、香蔥，食落味道係帶少少酸味，服務也ok，見店員對相熟的客人也好nice，整體來講可以，有機會會試其他款式.#上海菜#麵#小龍包#午餐#lunch#ランチ#花生#湯#餃子#🥟
