To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係呀，我又食譚仔喇😂😂話說譚仔同三哥都不約而同咁出咁出左新嘢食。譚仔就出左泡菜芝士豬柳撈米線。聽到個名都覺得一定好漏。而三哥就出左蒜香/蒜辣雞翼尖。咁我就試左後者，蒜辣雞翼尖。蒜味好出。食完成個口都係蒜味。直情隔住個口罩都聞到個隻😂雞翼尖份量都唔少，以$15嚟講都算多，而且隻隻雞翼尖都算大隻。不過唔知係咪蒜炒得有啲過左，初初食落口個陣蒜味偏苦。米線就點左木耳魚腐麻辣大辣，而家嘅大辣好似無以前咁辣。曾經有一排因為個胃唔好而戒左食大辣。記得以前食大辣一定會流晒鼻水。反而今日無。凍啡，終於用返以前嘅咖啡粉。前個陣飲仲係偏苦。今日終於飲返以前個隻味。蒜辣雞翼尖整體都叫好食嘅。下次有機會試埋蒜香雞尖先。
