呢篇好長篇,因為食左好多野今日夜晚黎到觀塘,因為屋企人生日諗住食餐好,而又特別少少既一餐,於是選擇左位處於亞太中心,即係APM附近既大樓裏面,呢餐既重點在於佢每一道餸都係用蒸窩將食物蒸熟,唔落調味,等你可以食出食物本來既味道。雖說唔落調味,但都有豉油、蒜等調味比你,鍾意食麻醬既我,裝左好多黎點,任裝既!我地剛好六位,選擇左呢個六人餐,有三個大男人同三位女士,開頭以為唔夠食,但最後飽到捧住個肚。先過一過目餐牌先:餐牌上十一樣野食,有刺身同龍蝦,1200蚊,價錢都尚可吧!刺身有蝦、有帆立貝、八爪魚等,特別既係有海膽,味道唔算係超級新鮮個啲,正常普通刺身吧!濟州橙汁並唔係橙汁,味道係柚汁,本身我好抗拒陣柚澀味,但飲左一啖就覺得好鍾意,因為幾fresh,好飲既!好!開始主菜!每一道都係放係呢度,吸住蓋等佢蒸熟,餐牌上全部都有教你用幾分鐘去蒸,所以唔使擔心唔識整或唔夠熟波士頓龍蝦啖啖肉既龍蝦,味道都鮮既,唔錯!沙白蜆味道本身都濃既,唔需要點調味都夠咸安格斯肥牛有驚喜,睇唔出佢,我地已經遲左夾上碟同蒸耐左少少,但牛肉都係超滑唔韌中途我地怕唔夠食又想叫呢個蟹飯蟹蓋既膏唔似特別多,見佢饟左好多蒜係上面

整體黎講,味道係唔錯既,如果一班人,打邊爐打到悶悶地,可以試一試呢間蒸鍋吧!
