近排蒸氣海鮮好似好Hit咁~平時食得多重口味,都喺時候食返餐清淡嘅野調劑下先~經友人推薦後,打算試下呢間“有蒸氣”。地址喺尖沙咀,都好易搵到。入到去環境都幾寬敞~仲可以坐到卡位。全程都有專人服務,幫調節蒸氣嘅時間,蒸完一款又換另外一款,服務很好!頭盤我地叫左炸酥炸墨魚頭,上面灑滿胡椒粉,墨魚肉質彈牙爽口咕嚕肉都喺佢地推薦嘅菜式之一,果然無推薦錯喔!完全無骨,炸得外脆內軟,口味酸甜適中,令人好開胃跟住就開始蒸海鮮啦~首先由花甲開始,花甲肉很大很飽滿,一食落去口感很厚實,不過個人覺得有少少咸~海中蝦,蝦肉好新鮮,仲食到絲絲甜味~蒜蓉蒸扇貝,分辣同唔辣兩款,我揀左食唔辣嘅。扇貝好大一個!蒸完之後扇貝肉依然咁軟嫩,加埋蒜蓉同粉絲一齊食就係絕佳搭配~象拔蚌,蒸得啱啱好,肉質很爽脆煙韌,加上蒜蓉,令到整體更加惹味松露白玉蝦膠,底下的蘿蔔造型好得意,喺愛心形狀,上面喺蝦膠,味道鮮美,加上少許黑松露,令味道更特別海鮮粒蒸千頁豆腐,豆腐很滑,再配上南瓜蓉,海膽和黑松露,造型幾靚,整體味道偏清淡花蟹,蟹肉都算鮮甜,仲可以見到蟹膏蝦乾豆卜蒸東坡肉,東坡肉肥瘦適中,一點不油膩,蒸完之後豆卜吸收了肉汁,幾好味雙

最後嘅最後,緊喺要整返件甜品啦!椰汁紅豆糕,不會太甜,加上粒粒紅豆,好滿足。
