記得之前食過有蒸氣,當時第一次已經有好既印象。估唔到,最近又有機會再去多次有蒸氣既飯局。同對上一次嚟唔算隔左好耐時間,所以裝修都無變動。不過睇番餐牌,好似多左新菜式,令到餐廳可以保持新鮮感,留住客人。招牌拔絲咕嚕肉屬於呢度既招牌小菜,每次都非叫不可,"招牌二字絕非虛名。咕嚕肉口感特別,非一般食開既感覺。首先會食到外層脆皮既口感,再會食到中間既肉好爽口,而且味道適中,不會過淡過濃。另外碟上又有橋頭,味道清新,可以沖淡味道,再食其他野。避風塘茄子賣相有別於一般避風塘茄子,平時食開都係長而扁身既茄子,但而家見到既係似炸豆腐咁既賣相。茄子十分香口,雖然係避風塘炒,但未算好辣,味道香濃。黑松露蒸蛋即叫即蒸,未食已經聞到黑松露味。蛋入口好滑,黑松露味道溫和,同埋蛋一齊食,剛柔並重。花甲,沙包蜆味道鮮甜。鮑魚鮑魚上面放左蟲草去蒸,食既時候可以嚐到鮑魚最鮮既一面。食過蟲草,見到師傅已經係鮑魚開左幾刀,令火力可以均勻傳到整個鮑魚,食落十分爽口。扇貝用左辣椒同埋蒜一齊蒸,如果唔食得辣既朋友,食既時候記得先將辣椒令走再食。而我食得辣就覺得佢呢個辣度好好,加上少少蒜,刺激味蕾。聖子用左大量既蒜去蒸再加上粉絲,

今次既亮點。用蒸氣火鍋蒸肉餅真係第一次,將肉餅放入去蒸感覺無咩特別,原來室內有乾坤。蒸熟之後切開肉餅,大量芝士流出。肉餅入口腍身,同時"芝"味十足。

好創新既配搭,最頂仲有黑松露,夠吸引。拎開中間既虾膠,見到下面一個完整既心型蘿蔔,有創意!不過我總係覺得花心蘿蔔呢個名好似有d...... 最後食埋一開始已經放落去煮既粥。經過一個多小時的慢煮,可以見到粥已經煮到綿身,之前所蒸既食物既精華,都比粥完全吸收,令原本無味既粥變得鮮甜。
係第二次食完有蒸氣之後,佢再次比到驚喜我,原來蒸氣火鍋都可以咁有創意。對於鐘意食薯條既我,其實都會諗下:蒸氣薯條有無得諗?
