Honey一向最愛打邊爐,不過深知「烚吓烚吓」其實並非咁啱男朋友仔口味,噚晚就帶咗XO仔去佢家附近間「潮福蒸氣石鍋」,一試潮興o既蒸氣石鍋,搞搞新意思 。兩層高o既「潮福」地下為接待處及廚房,一入門口已見海藍色o既魚缸內有多種及多隻生猛o既海鮮。六點三左右,一樓o既二至四人卡位散座啱啱只剩下俾我地嗰張,早食真係好 !不過真係估唔到天口咁熱,七點未到全店冇九成都絕對有八成滿。雖則餐店有小菜提供,但差不多每枱都有個籐罩喺中央,似乎全場都係黎食蒸鍋。原來honey立心要試o既海鮮餐最少要有兩個人先可以食,每位$338,另收醬油、花生、及加一。套餐每位奉送粥底、滋潤燉湯、貝殼盛盆、生猛花竹蝦及自選海鮮五款。其餘二十一款肉類蔬菜則任食任點。就連啤酒、汽水、竹蔗水都係任飲 。喺度食飯仲可享免費Wi-Fi,抵啦掛 ?!點好食物當然係要先混一混醬啦! 滋潤燉湯之雲腿粒冬瓜燉螺肉:燉湯清甜且唔油膩,每碗除咗有冬瓜、螺肉、同雲腿粒之外,仲有軟滑o既雞腳食,真係好足料。兩口子飲湯時,叔叔先喺鍋底灑上一碗粥料,然後再續款食物幫我地蒸。由於蒸爐非常熱,蒸煮不同食材所需o既時間又有所不同,免得食客燙
