尖沙咀的天文台道是不少香港人都知道的地方,但天文台圍卻不是很多人都熟悉的,原來這裡有一間蒸氣鍋專門店,而來訪的人也不少,就像隠世名店一般。吃蒸氣石鍋最令人期待的當然就是粥底,因為一開始便會看到它,但到最後才能品嚐。這次選了的是南瓜滑雞粥底。放入鍋後便要蓋上金屬隔,不知到最後會變成怎樣呢?未吃蒸物之前,先來一點小吃,有青瓜及黑木耳。青瓜很爽脆,也新鮮。而黑木耳則混入少許芥辣,溂激得來又不失開胃感。另外兩款的餐前小吃是酒槽雞腳及秘制花甲。雞腳爽口,酒味香而不濃,不錯。而花甲帶點辣,夠惹味。另一個蒸物前的食品是咕嚕肉。甜甜的,而肉質很好,軟軟的,配合脆脆的外層,口感不錯。到蒸物了,先來的是南非鮑魚。一共有兩款味道:古法雞油及蟲草花。鮑魚的肉質嫩滑,易入口。而雞油的味道很香,蟲草花則較為清淡一些。隨之而來的是日本大元貝。真的超大集,有一隻手掌那麼大呀!。味道很好,軟軟的,很有帶子味。下層的粉絲吸收了帶子精華,更是滋味。除了海鮮,也有原集滑雞。用上了淮山及杞子。蒸的時間計算得不錯,雞肉熟得剛好,夠滑,也有雞味。中間來個小間場,就是蒸包。當中有白色有黑點的燕麥素叉燒包、咖色的朱古力味饅頭、黃色的奶
