蒸氣鍋在香港已盛行好一段時間,由身邊好多朋友試,試完同我講,到衣家已經無咩聽到朋友講,對一D新興熱潮一向唔熱衷既我,一向都等人排夠隊先慢慢歎!今次家人帶隊去呢間水上人食,全家都已經食過多次,得我一個鄉里。店面唔算大,但座位尚算舒適,卒之比我見到傳說中既草帽,有趣有趣。店裡面既混醬,十足十打邊爐,數十種配料漿料任揀,食新鮮海鮮當然要食原味啦,好多漿汁都係味濃,但係又好吸引,我好勉強咁混左兩碗,用黎空口食……好變態,但係想講,佢個沙醬係好正,好香,我攞左1/4碗,空口食下食下食晒,實在忍唔住!餐牌上九成都係海鮮,有D都唔係成日食到既,就叫左幾個餐Share………….由於唔洗廚房煮,好快手就已經攞晒D料上黎,鍋底先放左入豬桶骨、南瓜同米預備粥底。煮食全程由店員服務,店員根據唔同食物種類,分批張食物放入個蒸氣鍋!先食既係鑽石蜆、胭脂蚌,兩者都唔算太大隻,但肉質肥美鮮甜,份量唔少。象拔蚌仔切成一絲絲,有厚度,口感爽脆,味道極之鮮甜,呢個要比十個讚。南非龍蝦同波士頓龍蝦我地都有叫,每樣都食左半隻,夠新鮮。南非果隻肉質較爽口彈牙,仲要有膏…正!花蟹仔,蟹味濃,實肉,件頭唔細。雪花和牛,well…….
