搬家離開藍田區差唔多成年,今次再番黎見到D食肆有成差唔多一半唔同左,而啟田商場既四樓亦由之前傳統酒樓變左近期hit到爆既蒸氣石鍋!酒樓格局為一半小菜一半蒸氣石鍋。是晚適逢「中港大戰」,細心既老闆非常識做,搭正八點全場轉台作現場直播。雖然只係weekdays,但全場幾乎全滿,蒸氣石鍋果邊更加係一張枱都冇,所以想「play safe」食石鍋既朋友記得book定枱先呀!調味醬料非常齊全,有成最少十幾二十款,花生醬、沙嗲醬、 XO醬、甜醬、炸蒜蓉、辣椒、菜甫等等,任君選擇!新鮮排骨粥 (細): 亞姐首先會將生米、排骨同埋南瓜放入最底既鍋。一開始我都覺得奇怪,點解唔洗加水既?原來枱底下面係有水樽既,水會自動喺蒸氣石鍋既中間位置噴出黎,夠晒gimmick!蕃薯蜆 (斤): 店長果然冇介紹錯,蕃薯蜆非常新鮮,一斤約有12隻左右,全部開口之後都真係幾壯觀呀!不論大細,口感一律非常煙韌有嚼勁,殼內亦殘留左美味既肉汁。蜆唔太鹹卻喺入口時有爆水既口感,非常有趣!生猛龍蝦 (隻): $98大元一隻既Special。Size方面雖然唔算係好大隻,但加埋D蒜茸一齊蒸之後令到入口時肉質彈牙不特止,重食到龍蝦既鮮味添
