搬家離開藍田區差唔多成年,今次再番黎見到D食肆有成差唔多一半唔同左,而啟田商場既四樓亦由之前傳統酒樓變左近期hit到爆既蒸氣石鍋!酒樓格局為一半小菜一半蒸氣石鍋。是晚適逢「中港大戰」,細心既老闆非常識做,搭正八點全場轉台作現場直播。雖然只係weekdays,但全場幾乎全滿,蒸氣石鍋果邊更加係一張枱都冇,所以想「play safe」食石鍋既朋友記得book定枱先呀!調味醬料非常齊全,有成最少十幾二十款,花生醬、沙嗲醬、 XO醬、甜醬、炸蒜蓉、辣椒、菜甫等等,任君選擇!新鮮排骨粥 (細): 亞姐首先會將生米、排骨同埋南瓜放入最底既鍋。一開始我都覺得奇怪,點解唔洗加水既?原來枱底下面係有水樽既,水會自動喺蒸氣石鍋既中間位置噴出黎,夠晒gimmick!蕃薯蜆 (斤): 店長果然冇介紹錯,蕃薯蜆非常新鮮,一斤約有12隻左右,全部開口之後都真係幾壯觀呀!不論大細,口感一律非常煙韌有嚼勁,殼內亦殘留左美味既肉汁。蜆唔太鹹卻喺入口時有爆水既口感,非常有趣!生猛龍蝦 (隻): $98大元一隻既Special。Size方面雖然唔算係好大隻,但加埋D蒜茸一齊蒸之後令到入口時肉質彈牙不特止,重食到龍蝦既鮮味添

象拔蚌仔: 雖然D肉細咗少少,但肉質尚算煙靭軟腍同富彈牙,整體感覺唔錯,而海水味亦係眾多海鮮中最濃,令我更加其待果煲粥底!

日本大元貝: 免費既大元貝放喺蒸氣鍋上面蒸熟後十分有睇頭。因為有殻既保護,大元貝既肉汁蒸完後仍得以保存。除了肉質鮮嫩之外,元貝殼上既汁撈埋D粉絲真係鮮甜到「無與倫比」!

順德蒸污糟雞 (半隻): 污糟雞既size約為一口雞咁上下,但每粒加埋都有成半隻雞咁多。雞肉醃得很入味,九分鐘呢個時間set到啱啱好,能夠做到雞皮微黃不油膩但肉汁卻可鎖在雞肉中,非常嫩滑。

清蒸四寶丸: 四寶分別係蝦丸、牛丸、魚滑同墨魚滑。因為每樣只得兩粒,但我地有3個人而又想每樣都試D,所以我地唯有逐粒切開。店員見到就跑去攞較剪幫我哋剪,非常細心值得抵讚!

唔駛講海鮮粥係當晚既精華所在。經過海鮮、肉丸及雞等等既「試煉」之後,所有精華回流返到鍋底,形成一鍋鮮甜既粥。粥裹面加左南瓜同排骨,令到粥既鮮味更突出,非常之正,連平時唔食粥既我都食左兩大碗!不過,我覺得水既份量好似少咗D,但亞姐話可能因為我地食得太快,如煮最少一個鐘以上會更加好,記住留意呀!

因新張酬賓既關係,是晚全單8折,八點半後更加有七折添!現場所見都有幾多人食小菜果邊,下次有機會一定要試下果個自選孖寶餐先!
