To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我唔鍾意食煎炸菜式怕熱氣，舊同學約食飯一定捧場，好彩喜滿樓個餐牌有好多唔熱氣菜式，同理價錢唔貴。佢地點左芝麻雞、黃金脆蝦，蜜椒脆鱔球、南乳脆豬手、焗魚腸。我就點左清淡嘅招牌欖角骨、豉椒蒸大鱔陳村粉、上湯魚肚浸勝瓜、黑松露鮮魷蒸肉餅。我一直對食物質素及環境衞生有要求，而令我們一直光顧，當然唔可以差，也不能貴。值得提係呢度有好多健康美食包括涼瓜餐牌及蒸類菜式。服務方面也好，唔會催落單亦唔會趕你走，可自帶紅酒及來料加工。款式多，蒸炒煎炸任君選擇。
