之前試過韓式九層海鮮塔, 中式蒸氣海鮮反而首次食, 有別於九層海鮮塔一次過蒸晒D海鮮, 每樣海鮮逐樣蒸, 進食速度可以由我控制, 聽落應該唔錯!蒸氣海鮮餐 (星期一至四/ 每位$338, 2位計起)呢個套餐屬於半任飲任食, 自選4款海鮮, 其餘食物係任食, 除此之外仲每位附送:1) 滋潤燉湯 - 點了姬崧茸燉螺肉, 熱辣辣奉上, 湯料十足, 味道清甜, 晚飯時有碗燉湯飲下真係幾滋味, 尤其係呢輪乾燥天氣!2) 脆皮燒乳鴿 (每位半隻) - 一隻合格既燒乳鴿味道, 當作餐前頭盤都不錯!3) 貝殼盛盆 - 一份有兩款貝殼類 (沙白同東風螺), 只需蒸5分鐘就食得, 沙白有D沙但味道係鮮甜既, 無需點醬汁都可以!4) 生猛龍蝦 (每位半隻) - 蒜蓉開邊蒸5分鐘就食得, 用筷子就能起肉, 食落鮮甜彈牙無花假, 回本必食!自選海鮮包括: 生猛大元貝及北韓象拔蚌 (每位一隻) - 兩者以粉絲墊底, 蒜蓉舖面係厚肉大元貝果上, 而象拔蚌切成條狀, 方便進食, 兩者都唔會蒸到過老!呢款蘇格籣聖子皇 (每位一隻), 亦係蒜蓉舖面, 食落口感爽脆, 唔錯!最後一款係北韓鮑魚 (每位一隻), 唔算大隻,
