今晚有口福了 ,同朋友黎到旺角水上人食晚餐。呢度主打蒸氣煱,即叫即蒸,可以食到食材的原汁原味! 餐廳裝潢舒適,有很多竹及木的元素好有自然感。而且有超多不同種類的醬料任你配搭,好正! 今次叫了幾款不同類的食材來蒸,分別有海鮮、肉類、蔬菜......等,而且還叫了南瓜排骨珍珠米粥! 係蒸之前,店員先將南瓜、排骨及珍珠米放入煱中,開始煮南瓜排骨珍珠米粥。然後先開始蒸特大元貝皇,而且係蒜蓉蒸。只需幾分鐘就蒸熟,打開蓋,香噴噴的蒜蓉味即刻衝出來。元貝啖啖肉,肉質好滑而且味道好甜,加埋蒜蓉認真惹味,連粉絲都吸收晒啲味道,超好食! 而細象拔蚌仔蒸完後非常鮮甜美味,肉質仲爽口彈牙! 跟住係黃金汁紐西蘭蟶子皇。蟶子超大隻,而且肉質好爽甜。加埋黃金汁,味道辣辣地令蟶子變得更惹味,啲粉絲撈黃金汁超好食! 至於呢個翡翠汁南非五頭鮑魚,肉質爽口,而且厚身,咬落口感一流,仲帶淡淡的香草味! 手打四寶丸包括有墨魚丸、鮮蝦丸、豬肉丸及牛肉丸,款款都好爽口彈牙,而且味道鮮美,好真材實料! 雪花和牛一片片薄切放係蒸煱上蒸,啱啱一口一片。而且和牛脂肪分佈得好平均,所以入口肉質好嫩滑,滿口香濃的肉味! 金
