To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

工作狂朋友推介深水埗良友冰室，貪近佢公司，OT完食埋飯可以返屋企大覺瞓。平實懷舊風裝修，熱情嘅招呼，久違了嘅惜日茶餐廳人情味滿溢於店內。今晚叫咗菠蘿咕嚕肉。醬汁唔會過酸、甜酸度適中，咕嚕肉大大舊又唔會只得肥膏，啖啖香脆肉嫩有鑊氣。是日蒸魚就叫咗豉汁蒸䱽魚。䱽魚非常大而且肉厚，用豆豉、紅椒、蔥末蒸煮，淋上適量豉油，魚肉鮮滑又唔會過分調味。兩個人叫咗兩份晚巿套餐，份量非常大，仲送例湯同白飯。加少少錢要埋兩杯凍飲，真係飽到捧住個肚走！最開心埋單都唔洗$200！今時今日呢個價錢，想食餐有鑊氣嘅飽飯，不妨去深水埗良好冰室試吓啦！
