To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

蒸魚熱返d會更好

今日行咗嚟石門呢邊，入咗碩門邨個商場，係樓下間銀龍食嘢，係午餐同下午茶時間交界，叫咗一個午餐同一個下午茶。叫咗個午餐係因為朋友想食蒸魚，佢話個鼓汁蒸鯇魚味係幾好，但可能過咗午市，放耐咗嚟坐熱，一來唔夠熱，二來食落魚肉有d老下次早點叫會好點。餐湯不過不失，正常餐仔湯一個。我個菠蘿生炒骨飯就好新鮮，賣相唔錯，食得好開胃。環境正常，作為沙田友佢印咗沙田大家都熟嘅地方名燈牌都幾有親切感，整體唔錯，嚟開都會再幫襯嘅。
