多數拉麵都用豚骨湯底，而丸玉係用雞湯底，令偶有一種新鮮感。雖然麵質唔特別好，但因為湯底濃而不膩，當夾起麵的時候，湯會黏著麵，令口感加分！雞湯底濃而不膩，味道好清新，價錢公道，偶覺得值得一試！
