To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間野好似開左唔夠兩個月。menu 都幾多選擇,佢出名係食新鮮製魚旦炒個d, 但見到個menu 有蔥油雞扒飯,就諗都唔使諗😝 「老闆,多蔥」食蔥油雞扒飯最緊要就係個蔥油,我以前食過碟蔥油雞扒飯,啲蔥油得幾粒,咁就唔好改名叫蔥油啦。真係多蔥多汁,再搞爛埋個蛋黃汁,撈飯,正到呢。淨係呢個汁撈飯都夠,其實個雞扒已經係配菜。雞扒都煎得夠香既,唔腥,係唔夠新鮮炸,因為熱度唔夠。同埋我叫左少飯,所以d 汁相對多左, 變左有少少咸。不過我重口味,都ok😝仲要好抵食,$44 , 凍飲加$3其實好多人叫河粉個d坐隔離位食客叫左魚皮餃河粉,睇樣個魚皮餃真心「晶瑩剔透」 !!!我同朋友講過幾日黎試埋個河粉先! 門口埋單見到櫃位隔離放左d 炸魚皮,見到啲魚皮係有黃色,唔通係啲魚油?咁濃?因為平時見到啲炸魚皮係冇咁黃色㗎,呢一個下次都要試吓先🧐😮

真係多蔥多汁,再搞爛埋個蛋黃汁,撈飯,正到呢。淨係呢個汁撈飯都夠,其實個雞扒已經係配菜。
雞扒都煎得夠香既,唔腥,係唔夠新鮮炸,因為熱度唔夠。同埋我叫左少飯,所以d 汁相對多左, 變左有少少咸。不過我重口味,都ok😝

坐隔離位食客叫左魚皮餃河粉,睇樣個魚皮餃真心「晶瑩剔透」 !!!
我同朋友講過幾日黎試埋個河粉先! 

門口埋單見到櫃位隔離放左d 炸魚皮,見到啲魚皮係有黃色,唔通係啲魚油?咁濃?因為平時見到啲炸魚皮係冇咁黃色㗎,呢一個下次都要試吓先🧐😮
