To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好日都唔睇東張西望, 有次望咗兩眼, 咿! 有好店介紹喎! 介紹蔥油餅店喎! 對於極中意食蔥嘅我, 當然要走過去大島試一試啦!因為食過好多蔥油餅, 都係蔥花不足, 所以知道有正嘅蔥油餅, 即刻起程, 希望今次唔會失望啦.一去到門口, 已經排哂隊, 唉…. 山長水遠黎到, 都要照樣排架啦…. 無計!吓? 咩話! 蔥油餅賣哂! 唔…. 係…..吓嘛! 粗口都想講….蔥油餅一點鐘開賣, 我大約5點到已經賣哂! 唉.... 白行一轉！矛蔥油餅，唯有轉食鍋貼同生煎包，生煎包size正常，鍋貼就細咗D，煎嘅部份都算脆口，但如果煎耐D更脆口的話更理想，兩款餡料尚算足夠無偷工減料，由於新鮮出爐要小心辣口.下次試完蔥油餅再寫食評。
