To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在妹妹上班之前跟她第一次在餐廳吃早餐,很難得,所以在酒店附近找了一間最近的茶餐廳,而且有幾間分店,以為一定不會中伏,怎知⋯⋯位置:在上次吃午飯的軒寧樓對面街,由酒店走過去五分鐘到。環境:室內空間挺大,分開兩邊,一邊近廚房,另一邊近玻璃窗,並設有多盞小燈,很明亮,如普通茶記裝修。服務:上菜速度快!但餐具用得舊,有缺口。早餐:C餐:南瓜蕃茄手撕雞湯粉$45配熱華田這個餐貴又難吃,本來是我妹點叫,但她吃了一口就表示不想吃,因為個蕃茄湯淡而無味,似是茄水多於湯,雞絲沒有味道,跟蕃茄的味道完全不配合,亦吃不到南瓜,唯一還好吃是火腿奄列。D餐:招牌沙嗲牛肉麵$39配熱奶茶正常發揮的味道,最少好吃過蕃茄湯,公仔麵作底,豬骨湯,沙嗲味勁濃,牛肉軟霖不韌,不錯!
