To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日經過北角健威坊，見到譚仔三哥，於是我哋就入去食米線，睇完餐牌，都係覺得過橋米線咩都有，唔使諗咁多，價錢就$56，另外叫咗豬膶米線$34＋$2蕃茄湯底，仲有個魚腐米線$34＋$2蕃茄湯底，最快到嘅竟然係麻辣湯底過橋米線，有魚蛋、豆卜、豬膶、牛肉、豬肉、雞肉、牛丸、墨丸...等等，乍醬及酸菜分開上，真係好足料，份量都幾多，兩個人食都得。而等得最耐嘅係魚腐米線。總結：三碗米線嘅份量都好多，麻辣湯底揀咗5小辣，都已經好辣，至於蕃茄湯底都好濃，好好味，都幾開胃，亦有蕃茄係度，豬膶都都煮得啱啱好，唔會太實，魚腐都好味。職員服務態度都唔錯，見到廚房嘅職員都有戴好個口罩，亦有網套套住頭髮，職員都有戴手套，感覺都幾乾淨。
