To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同朋友突然間行吓街好想食譚仔於是我哋就即刻入咗譚仔啦你晏晝唔係好多人 所以唔等位 可以直接入我哋叫咗嗰過橋米線套餐 蕃茄湯底 加多左兩個小食 分別係蒜泥白肉（大）同埋 皮蛋過橋米線套餐入邊嘅料好多 所以兩個人食啱啱好但係米線對比之下就少咗啲啲如果唔夠嘅話可以加底蕃茄湯底嘅番茄味道好出蒜泥白肉上面嘅蒜泥亦都係好足加埋啲白肉一齊食 好惹味 食完仲想再食皮蛋亦係非常爽口同彈牙 兩個小食都唔算太辣 唔食得辣嘅朋友仔都可以接受到
