To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

當囡囡話食咩都無所謂嘅時候，大家小心呢句係一個伏，但你話食米線一定唔會岀錯。登龍街啲嘢食咁貴，見到嘅唔係龍蝦包就係日本拉麵。今日我醒水同條女話：咁不如食譚仔喇～佢話好呀，yes！因為有招牌，所以係地庫嘅譚仔都算顯眼。落到去無乜人，得兩個譚仔呀姐。我哋求其揾張枱坐，張枱未清潔過，坐咗幾分鍾又無人拎餐牌嚟又無人抹枱。之後我望一望呀姐，佢好似醒水，拎啲餐具同 menu 行緊過嚟。囡囡話：唔該可唔可以抹下張枱呀？此時譚仔呀姐面有難色，企咗係度話：不如你哋坐另一枱喇。哇懶到咁？間鋪咁少人都可以懶得抹枱所以叫客坐另一張枱真係第一次聽。講返米線，囡囡同我都鍾意蕃茄湯底嘅，雖然明知係味精湯，但都忍唔住飲咗勁多。其實真係食唔岀三哥同非三哥有咩分别，都係呢個味，都係咁大碗。豆漿好味～
