To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 同阿菇落街食早餐,響假日香港仔食肆,大部分都一位難求。最後選擇去左喺湖北街嘅湯加食早餐。我叫薑絲豬潤煎蛋公仔麵($31)跟餐熱奶茶,轉熟蛋加轉米粉。豬潤上枱今次唔會實到唔想咬,米粉不過不失,碗米粉整體都叫ok。阿菇叫蕃茄湯牛煎蛋米線($31)跟餐熱奶茶,轉熟蛋通粉。通粉係坑紋通可以吸湯汁,一碗有成原個蕃茄,所以個湯底都叫濃,但鮮牛落重手左鬆肉粉,冇肉味。*早餐熱飲唔使加錢,轉凍飲加$3,轉泡沫咖啡加$2.
