To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔米線街知巷聞，每區緊有佢既蹤影，麻辣湯底出名，如果你問我好唔好味，坦白講真係唔識形容譚仔米線既味道，只係知道會食上癮。以前好鐘意佢d墨魚丸，點知有一排d墨魚丸唔同左，我就無再叫哩個餸，依家譚仔出左鮮蕃茄湯底，仲可以加辣，加上墨魚丸變番好味個隻，令我一星期食足2次，蕃茄湯底酸酸甜甜，又有蕃茄肉，再加埋麻辣湯，成個感覺豐富咗，非常開胃一個餸，墨魚丸有6粒。兩個餸就得4粒口水雞有3隻，切開為單骨雞翼，感覺多左，最鐘意將d汁撈落米線一齊食。
