住咗喺大埔一排,個個都話一定要試呢間。上網同電視都有介紹過。今日見有時間就去試吓兩點去到都仲係幾多人,要喺門口拎飛等位15分鐘左右有位,叫咗個番茄炒蛋螺絲粉配脆皮豬手。豬手上到嚟一睇就知道唔係好對路,應該煮熟左好耐,豬皮唔脆,而且靭到咬唔開,豬手肉味又偏咸,唔得試佢最馳名嘅番茄湯,又真係唔錯。番茄湯味夠濃,有新鮮蕃茄酸甜味道,唔會有個感覺係完全用茄膏開!炒蛋都幾滑,冇話煮到熟曬,做得唔錯。其實佢個番茄蛋湯粉可以揀其他餸既!下次我就唔會叫豬手囉!
