To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

粉嶺好似有好多豬手麵食 本身諗住去最出名既群記 點知冇開 就轉戰佢隔離既呢間 鮮茄咸豬手湯麵, 咸豬手一d都唔咸 不過肉就幾嫩滑 豬手皮好膠 滿滿既骨膠原個鮮茄湯底亦都係淡而無味唔值$42一上枱 哇！ 好頹！ 得兩塊豬排、一堆麵同一pat醬 貌相真係唔係好得…味道就ok既 個豬柳入味又冧 煎得都夠香 係意料之外既好味 不過個茄醬🍅真係唔多掂 同食茄糕冇乜分別正餐唔係咁好食 就唯有俾埋最後機會佢 試埋佢既招牌甜品甘薯批根本就係食緊滿滿既蕃薯蓉！批皮上面既餡全部都係帶有淡淡薑味既蕃薯蓉 唔會甜 係好天然既蕃薯香蕃薯控一定會中意 不過批皮偏冧 同埋價錢都偏貴
