To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一段時間冇嚟炮台山,今日同友人突改變主意,再訪此處覓食。第一次嚟三葉屋,剛好週末放工時間,嚟到已經冇位,等咗兩張枱先至可以入座。幾鍾意呢到嘅昏黃燈光,頗有日本居酒屋嘅感覺。同友人各自點了兩個午市麵食:照燒牛舌冷蕎麥麵自家製嘅蕎麥麵果然不同凡響,蕎麥嘅香氣十足,冇坊間其他蕎麥麵咁順滑,口感較粗,頗有特色,牛舌相對比較普通。厚切他他醬日式炸雞配冷烏冬 炸雞,四件大大嚿,應該俾即叫即炸,食落十分嫩滑。自家製嘅烏冬,友人覺得過分煙韌,可能係凍食嘅關係。
