以前我都唔係幾食牛舌,覺得好恐怖咁,不過朋友帶過我黎呢度食牛舌之後就開始飯上左喇,之後次次黎都一定要叫,無既,一黎貪佢薄切好靚,好似一片片辣肉腸咁,快燒快食唔洗點等。燒脆之後加D青蔥,黎個蔥燒牛舌,或者灑D海鹽,就令牛舌既香濃肉味更突出,爽口彈牙,隨口就食左幾片落肚,我夠膽話:自己食一碟都無難度!
