朋友生日,去了銅鑼灣食和牛燒肉放題,食物款式很多,有多個薩摩牛部位選擇,價錢屬中上價位。薩摩牛和牛五花燒肉:五花肉比較多脂肪,油脂豐富,入口爆油。薩摩牛和牛里肌肉:脂肪不及牛五花,肉味較濃郁。薩摩牛內裙肉:眾多和牛中最好味,油脂豐富之餘,肉味濃郁,入口溶化,值得加錢一試。薩摩牛炙燒壽司:火炙後的牛肉有肉香之餘亦帶淡淡牛油脂香,肉質嫩滑且甘香。極厚牛舌:牛舌就比較有咬口,燒肉來說,薄切牛舌好像會更合適。鹽燒鮭魚片:三文魚魚油豐富,燒至魚油滲出,非常嫩滑。羊架:厚切羊架大大件,羊架帶點羊脂,表面兩面焦香,肉質嫩腍有少許羊騷味。甜品每位有杯哈根大師雪糕。
