Restaurant: 澳門咖喱王新鮮腩
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔知點解，最近好鍾意食咖哩，早前去西九睇完聖誕樹，之後就專登行去佐敦幫襯澳門咖哩王新鮮腩。之前食過牛頭角嘅澳門咖哩王清湯腩，個 menu 非常相似，於是就毫無懸念咁揀咗澳門咖哩薯仔招牌牛腩飯。呢個飯最大嘅特色係咖哩汁夠香夠濃唔太辣，送飯一流；牛腩份量雖然唔算多，不過都算炆得夠腍夠入味，唔錯，可惜薯仔非常淡，唔入味，亦唔夠腍，應該係炆嘅時間唔夠，呢度要扣分。希望只係個別事件啦，畢竟呢度係以咖哩牛腩聞名呀！
