酸種蛋撻($16)俾我打聽到十二點半左右會出一轉酸種蛋撻,嚟到唔係唔等埋個招牌吓嘛?對上一次食到咁脆咁層層分明嘅酥類就係Vission,兩間店叮噹馬頭同樣出色啱啱出爐新鮮滾熱辣,正!離遠兩米嘅人都應該聽到我咬蛋撻嘅咔嚓聲蛋漿甜度適中又唔會好流質,幾滑嚟之前一早做research睇下有咩推介,試吓大師傅手勢啦煙燻紅椒粉芝士英式鬆餅($28)之前食過Ritz-Carlton 嘅scone,都係我心中香港排名頭幾位,呢度老闆選料都大路,第一啖好香煙燻同芝士味,再食就食到甜甜地同紅椒粉少少辛香但唔辣嘅,食完一個都唔算太口乾煙燻紅椒粉芝士酥皮法棍($36)玩酥皮玩到出神入化,將酥皮整到法棍咁非常有創意,咬開可以見到酥皮焗到蜂巢嘅結構,中心有少芝士,鬆得嚟仲keep到微微酥脆,一啲都唔油膩,正!蕃茄芝士丹麥酥($35)呢個酥都係好食嘅,可惜mozzarella薄咗ddd🤏🏻厚返ddd就好喇,蕃茄生咗少少,亮點basil醬好鬼香,蕃茄芝士下面有啲蛋黃醬都好食以上三款個味係比較mild,主要係食師傅技術熱情果甜甜圈($32)其實本身冇諗住買,不過本人對熱情果有種情意結,順便試埋⋯⋯個甜甜圈本身都少少彈

其實本身冇諗住買,不過本人對熱情果有種情意結,順便試埋⋯⋯個甜甜圈本身都少少彈,外層裹滿粗粒砂糖,重點係個餡超有百香果汁味超酸超流心,就好似將一堆酸沙啪入口,一路食一路流口水
幾樣嘢就百幾蚊💸⋯⋯食太多喇,好鬼飽⋯⋯留返個咖喱牛肉批下次試埋就心滿意足
