To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

薯粉偏腍身。少了獨有煙韌感

在看完舞台劇後當然要補充一下體力，來到著名的掃街聖地葵廣，眾多小食琳琅滿目👀決定先來點飽肚的墊一下胃。良心店貓麵位於二樓的美食角落，附近還有不少茶飲、意粉、班戟和漢堡店👍 格局類似冷麵店💛櫃內放了很多款餸菜，有辣有唔辣，合計有成數十款，相當豐富的選擇，另外還有特別的鹽水雞，難得有台式美食，我就選了鹽水雞脾配薯粉，再加了雞腎和腐皮，總共$46就有一大盤手拌涼麵🍝 由於不太能吃辣，只添了鹽水汁和蒜蓉，港式風味濃厚但略嫌不夠重口味🙊雞肉非常滑嫩惹味，入口帶雞油香的幸福感。雞腎爽口易咬和腐皮原來是甜甜的日式油揚有驚喜😋在鹹味中帶點甜增加了層次感。薯粉偏腍身，少了獨有的煙韌感。
