我都係附近街坊十幾年前就未搬黎果陣水準點就唔知不過叉燒近年都好似比以前差小小叉燒有時太肥成舊有一半係肥羔咁.....但以佢水平黎講係同區都仲算較高不過亦較貴....個人最鐘意係薰碲,因佢仲係用舊時先常見既淺啡色醋(其實唔知係乜溝)而唔係宜家周街都用既白醋。個人覺得白醋同薰碲其實唔夾,尼隻汁先係最match薰碲既,有d蒜味, 有d鼓油味又有d醋。記得以前細個樓下酒樓都係用尼隻汁點薰碲,宜家整整下變晒用白醋,可能唔使溝唔使煩掛,實在可惜,希望遲下唔好連尼度都失傳埋尼隻汁啦~
