半年前第一次跟朋友們晚上來喝東西,已經很喜歡這裡,面對著遼闊的維港景色,大家都被吸引住,所以每逢有朋友問到有什麼喝東西的地方介紹,我都會建議他們來這裡。是日獲得有關方面邀請,在風和日麗的星期天來到這裡,之前這邊只在下午五點後才營業的,可是座擁如此美麗的景緻,只在晚間仍然實在可惜,有見及此,餐廳決定在星期天開始供應的Sunday brunch。晚上來和下午來是兩種截然不同的感覺,特別是天氣好而且沒什麼雲的日子,萬里晴空總能令人心情自然變好。周日的燒烤半自助餐每位$285+10%,不包飲品。午餐時不喝酒,所以點了一杯mocktail,是用菠蘿汁和薑啤混合而成的,雖然有薑啤的成份,可是完全沒有酒味,反而薑汁的味道很濃,喝起來很清爽。先去頭盤區看看,有五款不同的沙律,其中我最喜歡吃的是凱撒沙律和希臘沙律,凱撒沙律的羅馬生菜夠爽脆;而希臘沙律酸酸甜甜的,在炎炎夏日之中可以增加胃口。頭盤的燒烤主菜可以選兩款,分別有雞扒、吞拿魚、牛柳和大蝦。大廚是即席在露天的地方烤的,每碟送到手上來的都是新鮮熱辣。烤爐旁邊有一個醬汁檯,上面有八款同的特製醬汁,可因應口味配搭,也可以請廚師介紹。 開邊大蝦燒得很漂亮,

頭盤的燒烤主菜可以選兩款,分別有雞扒、吞拿魚、牛柳和大蝦。大廚是即席在露天的地方烤的,每碟送到手上來的都是新鮮熱辣。烤爐旁邊有一個醬汁檯,上面有八款同的特製醬汁,可因應口味配搭,也可以請廚師介紹。

開邊大蝦燒得很漂亮,肉質彈牙甜美,配上綠色的香草醬,吃起來更加滋味。雞扒燒成金黃色,外層微微脆,雞肉有彈性之餘又保留肉汁,好好吃。

三層的甜品架,放著一個個迷你的杯子蛋糕和香蕉撻,賣相精緻,size小小的,多吃幾款也不擔心吃不下。三款小蛋糕之中我最愛吃香蕉撻,忍不住吃了三件,香蕉撻裡面有香蕉蓉,味道很濃,中間加了少許鮮奶油中和甜膩,而最上層放了一片灑了可可粉的香蕉,味道與賣相都是一流。

飲飽食醉之後,Sugar的調酒師為我們表演彩虹魔法,他預先在吧檯上放了九隻小玻璃杯,然後不知有什麼秘密,他慢慢的把飲品從調酒杯倒出來,杯子裡的酒慢慢由藍色漸變成黃色,就像彩虹一樣,在場的朋友們都嘆為觀止,這肯定是我見到最適合夏天喝的Rainbow shots。

美食、美景、美酒,三合為一,為悠閒的星期天帶來愉快笑聲,還見到一直在網上交談卻沒有見過面的食友,實在很高興。
