To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚咁岩行街經過,見到間野就試下,點知中左大伏,食個陣已經發現d野好重口味,例如松子魚比一般既甜同酸,d燒味本身已經鹹再淋上好多鼓油,食完個喉嚨好乾,睇餐牌588蚊套餐2樣小菜,1樣海鮮,1樣燒味,1樣湯羹,無包白飯,星期日加60,茶位又每人15,白飯15蚊1碗又鬼咁細碗,再另加一服務費,最後埋單8百幾蚊,d無謂既額外收費佔左成餐飯好大部份,抵唔抵就見仁見智,不過感覺間野都好唔老實,另外食完先發現間野係藍店同明白點解係咁既質素,唔會再有下次
