蜜汁叉燒腸,太粗出晒界喎,無度位的嗎?其實點解唔捲幼一點修長一點,跟住碟的波紋放一定好靚,腸粉機太細部?粗粒叉燒分佈零星散碎,粉多肉少,淋埋甜而濁味濃豉油,不是我杯茶。碧綠龍蝦球腸粉,賣相真係唔掂,見到都食慾不振。勁粗凹凹凸凸,腰粗背圓,皮厚不滑,蝦爽味淡,一般平凡試試無妨。
川芎白芷湯魚雲,兩口子都極愛飲中式湯水,魚湯都係三甲位置。得喎!真材實料魚味濃而清甜,濃郁醇美湯汁,不腥可口。大魚頭啖啖肉,啜得歡喜若狂!當然無得跟深圳新都酒店丹桂軒相比,人家用深海斑骨餚足幾個鐘既湯膽,再即場堂煮無得頂!
杞子燉雞湯,茶壼湯?紫砂碗崩晒,完全明白,見者傷心。以前間點心小店既紫砂器皿補極都唔夠,損耗大得驚人!其實樓面及洗碗同事加倍愛護係絕對可以避免的。解剖調查,瘦肉、雞件、紅棗杞子,沒怎樣的特別驚喜。清清淡淡的雞湯,少少肉味,輕輕藥材,點點油香,熱烘烘順喉舒服。
老城口水雞,全部雞翼雞胸,消失的雞髀去了那裡?師傅被您吃掉了嗎? 將口水汁淋在表面,撈都沒怎樣撈過,我自己親自動手吧 ﹗陰沉的味道,不香不辣不酸不惹味,肥騰騰淡茂茂沒鮮味的雞,完全失敗。
翠園燒鵝皇例牌,不是那麼的出類拔萃,平庸合格達標種類,明顯海港、盈昌、樂天漁港更色香味俱全。體型不屬大鵝類,少年剛成熟,肉質幼嫩無肥膏不油膩,醃味清爽散發陣陣鵝甜,鵝皮微韌,還可以吧。離港不足七日已非常掛念廣東燒味,急不及待立即享用以解思食之苦。
糖醋骨,何解十足甜酸牛條呢?而且無骨喎。非常厚實的粉在外,酸度高微甜的醬,豬肉有嚼勁微弱肉甜帶少少肉汁,試一次便夠。焗叉燒包,只暖不熱,餡料空盪盪乾爭爭,外層不香口。已放段長時間再翻熱,靈魂早已死掉。燕窩雞蛋撻,的的骰骰容易食,酥皮焗蛋地獄甜,鋪滿冰糖即食燕窩,真係麻麻地喎。
鮮蝦炸雲吞,敏爺只淨食脆皮不食餡的,幸好我是不折不扣的食肉獸,益晒我添啦!中間的雲吞每次都由我處理。餐牌張相精精神神企定定係度,實物懶懶洋洋攤直直係度。算熱但不燙手,脆脆外殼索一聲爆裂,蝦粒搭肉鬆略咸帶濕過得去。蠔汁鮑菇扒芥蘭,芥蘭爽甜脆卜卜,菜油欲滴,敝在微暖不熱無鑊氣。讓半滑半韌鮑菇片捲著享用,蠔味清爽,還有少少樂趣。
原隻鮑魚荷葉飯,唔似糯米既?有點似綠豆質感。爛爛濕濕腍劈劈,不是炒飯來的嗎?淡茂茂寡寡的調味加粒即食鮑魚,不值一提。梅菜炆鴨,微溫唔夠熱,陣陣鴨羶味略重,炆得味道略咸帶濁。肉質極腍,在鞋霉邊沿。立即要求碗白飯,希望能將咸味羶味濁感減到最低。甜梅菜比鴨肉更加美味,醬汁菜粒搭著鴨肉混埋靚靚絲苗,挽回不少分數。
鮮蝦雲吞麵,除湯底外,真心泊得住樓下何鴻記所謂 1 星雲吞麵 ﹗鹼水麵纖紅爽爽,湯汁清甜撈大量辣油進化成既香且辣,飲到停唔到口﹗自家製雲吞色香味突出明顯,大大粒蝦仁爽甜,鮮味不咸,還有鬆軟瘦肉襯托著,真心有水準好味道。翠園炒飯,炒功蠻優質﹗香噴噴有鑊氣,乾爽飽滿熱烘烘的。配埋鮑粒、蝦仔、蒜芯及大量蛋黃,神秘特別的氣味,味道多原分,豐富食得過。
